Thanks to all of you who participated to the Magma Migration workshop
of August 17-18. We have put together a draft meeting report, available
at <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://www.geodynamics.org:8080/cig/workinggroups/magma/workarea/report-magma06">http://www.geodynamics.org:8080/cig/workinggroups/magma/workarea/report-magma06</a>.
This report is to a large extent the organizers' interpretation of
public and private discussions held during the workshop. Now, we need
your input concerning this document! You can post comments directly on
the website for all to see or you can send them privately to the
meeting organizers. It is important that you look at this and give
feedback as this document will be used by CIG in future planning
activities. We would also like to hear from people who could not come
to the meeting as you may have a different opinion from that expressed
here and pretty good ideas for this working group.

We hope to reach a definitive version of the workshop report by October
15, 2006, in time for the CIG <a
