The CIG Science Steering Committee will be meeting at the end of the
months and I will give an overview of CIG-magma activities and
prioritiesduring the meeting. I am aware of some CIG-magma activities,
but don't assume I know them all, so I need your help figuring out all
that's been happening!<br>
<br>
_ Please send me a quick overview of any work you have done or
attempted in connection to CIG-magma, for instance any attempt in
implementing the Magma Dynamics Demonstration Suite using you favorite
software. <br>
<br>
_ This is also the time to have a bit of a discussion on where we go
from here: priorities for the next year, role in CIG-II. Don't hesitate
to refer to documents posted in the Magma work area (<a
href="http://geodynamics.org/cig/workinggroups/magma/workarea">http://geodynamics.org/cig/workinggroups/magma/workarea</a>),
the current science plan (<a
href="http://geodynamics.org/cig/proposalsndocs/documents/2007cigplan/">http://geodynamics.org/cig/proposalsndocs/documents/2007cigplan/)</a>
and the draft vision for CIG-II (<a
href="http://geodynamics.org/cig/proposalsndocs/documents/cig2/">http://geodynamics.org/cig/proposalsndocs/documents/cig2/)</a>
as starting points. You can send these comments directly to me or to
the entire CIG-magma mailing list for discussion.<br>
