Hello,<br><br>I am wondering if it is possible to install CitcomS under Cygwin?<br><br>I have tried running the configure but it fails:<br><br>andder@BAS-306SCAN-D1 /cygdrive/c/CitcomS/src/CitcomS-3.2.0<br>$ ./configure<br>./configure: line 18: $'\r': command not found<br>./configure: line 33: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'<br>'/configure: line 33: ` ;;<br><br>andder@BAS-306SCAN-D1 /cygdrive/c/CitcomS/src/CitcomS-3.2.0<br>$ make<br>-bash: make: command not found<br><br>Any ideas or guidance would be appreciated.<br><br>Thanks<br><br>Lester Anderson<br> </div></body>
