I have recently switched from outputting CitcomS results in ascii to that of hdf5. In the process, I've found and fixed a simple indexing bug in Output_h5.c, where various fields are output for the top and bottom surfaces. I was wondering what the code check-in

 policy is and what the best way would be to submit a patch? Also, I've written a simple python script "h5tosurf" analogous to "h5tocap", which could be checked into the repository.<br>
