Hi Pylith people<br><br>I have been running benchmarks for Pylith and for the most part the strike-slip and Savage & Prescott runs seem to be ok, with two exceptions: <br><br>1. There is insufficient memory to run the 250 m resolution grids, but from reading the Archives (October 2008) I am concluding that this is a 32 v. 64 bit issue (I am running Snow Leopard).<br>
<br>2. The strike-slip case with 1000 m resolution and hexahedral cells (LaGriT mesh) runs to completion and writes out material/fault info vtk files, but does not write out any result files (i.e. .....t0000.vtk). The 500 m resolution case writes out all these files just fine.<br>
<br>For problem 2, there is some difference in the on-screen output for Event Stage 8 between the 500 and 1000 m cases, which I thought might be relevant. In particular there are many more zeroes/v. small numbers in the performance profile for the 1000 m case. The outputs are as follows:<br>
