On page 22 of the CitcomS manual the energy equation (1.25) is stated
slightly incorrectly.  The adiabatic heating term (first term, second
line):

rho alpha g u_r Di (T + T0) etc.

should have a negative sign in front, not a positive.  The way the
equation is stated currently things that 'go down' would actually
cool, and things that go up would 'heat'.  This is opposite to
adiabatic heating.  The code itself is correct - I've checked the
source code - it's just that the term is incorrect in the
documentation.

Add a minus sign instead and all be will correct!
