Foreign Currency.  Clearly note all transactions that are NOT in US Dollars ($).

Travel Support Limits.  Do not claim more than you were offered for travel support. If your travel exceeds amount, offered, clearly mark on the form TOTAL CLAIMED: $XXX.

Signature. Remember to SIGN your form.  Forms will be returned if you use a digital signature or photograph of a signature.

You may not claim reimbursement for meals provided to you by the event.
