[aspect-devel] Don't care about 2d or 3d any more

All,
I've rewritten a good part of the code today to make sure one can set 
the space dimension in the input parameter file, rather than having to 
re-compile everything. So you can now say

   set Dimension = 2

in the input file and it'll work as expected. Nothing significant has 
changed from the perspective of those of you who are developing parts of 
aspect. The defaults is 2, by the way.

PS: Why? Because I want to write input files for automated tests and 
they should be able to select whether the test runs in 2d or 3d...
