[aspect-devel] Radiogenic heating

Hi Greg,

if you look at eqn 2 of page 6 in the manual, you see that radiogenic
heating is a source on the right hand side of the temperature equation
as rho * H, where H is the "Radiogenic heating rate" from the input
file.
