[aspect-devel] Aspect-devel Digest, Vol 30, Issue 3

For my experences with 0.3 version. It doesn't use cmake. It start to use
cmake after 0.3 version release.
However it do have a Makefile, so you can just run 'make' under aspect-0.3/
directory.
The install instruction for different version is different, check the
manual.pdf under doc/ directory inside the tar file you have downloaded.
