We currently don't have a way to set different type of boundaries for
different indicators, but you should be able to write it as one
expression that will be evaluated for the top and bottom boundary (as
a function of x and z). What happens if you do this?

Alternatively, you can just set

  subsection Boundary temperature model
    set Model name = initial temperature
  end

which will use your initial condition for your boundary values (for
every boundary in "Fixed temperature boundary indicators ").
