[aspect-devel] Newsletter repairs

Hi all,
the newsletter had some technical issues that needed repairs, but
everything is up and running again. Sorry for the inconvenience!

As a compensation for missed news a 'special edition' is incoming that
contains all changes since the last newsletter (so no contribution is
lost). Additionally, it includes all of our changes at the Hackathon and
you will see that we produced quite a lot of newsworthy changes.
