[aspect-devel] The slowness of patch review

All,
as some of you already know, my wife and I (and deal.II/ASPECT development)
will move to Colorado this summer.
Between organizing the move from a professional perspective (what to do with
grants, students, postdocs, ...), buying a house (including lining up
inspectors, work that needs to be done, and in particular the incredible
arduousness of getting a loan lined up), selling our current house, and
actually hauling everything from TX to CO, I find myself pretty overwhelmed.
I've already been slow with patch review throughout the spring, when I
traveled a lot to apply for jobs. Realistically, I have to admit that things
won't get faster until we're finally in the new house and settled in sometime
in August. I know that that puts a brake on some of your work. I will do my
very best to keep things moving, and I'm sure the others who can review
patches will do as well.
If everything works out as hoped for, we'll be in the new house in late July
and everything will get back to normal in August!
Cheers & thanks
Wolfgang
