Liu -- you'll have to give us a bit more information :-) For example, what are 
the other error messages? What did you change between the working and 
non-working input files? Etc.

A segmentation fault typically occurs if there is a bug in the code. Why that 
happens of course critically depends on what exactly you are doing.
