[aspect-devel] Velocity Boundary conditions

Hi Ian,

Since specifying all 3 components of velocity is required if you want to
set it using Function, are you saying it's wrong to have something like
"Prescribed velocity boundary indicators = left: Function"
in the parameter file? There are examples of such usage in the manual.
Could you clarify it please?
