[aspect-devel] Composition gradient refinement strategy

Hi Wolfgang,
given the initial global refinement level, one of the layers was too thin
and didn't show in the output (I guess not a single quadrature point was
inside it?). When I removed the layer from the setup (and made the
neighboring layer thicker), the error disappeared; changing the refinement
from 3+3 to 6+0 also helped. Also, switching to "composition" refinement
strategy without removing the layer helps, so I do believe there is a
problem with the plug-in.
