[aspect-devel] Installing ASPECT

Hi Ömer,

Another quick update. I forgot another aspect user (Max Rudolph) successfully installed deal.II via candi on High Sierra. His instructions from a previous aspect-devel email are below. However, one trick is that all of the dependencies (c++, openmpi, etc) were installed through Fink rather than macports or homebrew.

Perhaps worth giving this a shot?

For reference, old aspect-devel emails can be viewed on http://lists.geodynamics.org/pipermail/aspect-devel/ <http://lists.geodynamics.org/pipermail/aspect-devel/>.

Cheers,
John
