Hello Timo,
Thanks for your help.
You are smartly chasing the rabbit..
I went to dealii/lac/ which is the directory where this library should be
located..(following the error message catastrophic error: cannot open
source file "deal.II/lac/trilinos_block_vector.h"
# include <deal.II/lac/trilinos_block_vector.h>)
so, I went there:
login4.stampede2(351)$ pwd
/home1/apps/intel17/impi17_0/dealii/git20170615/include/deal.II/lac
Then I searched for the file 'trilinos_block_vector.h'
for example typing
login4.stampede2(352)$ ls -ltrh trilinos_block*
I get this:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root install 23K Jul 14 2017 trilinos_block_sparse_matrix.h
so, the file 'trilinos_block_vector.h' does not exists in this directory :(
there is a 'trilinos_epetra_vector.h'
if I go up in the directory tree, to do a broader-scope search, for example
from
login4.stampede2(363)$ pwd
/home1/apps/intel17/impi17_0/dealii/git20170615
I get the same results
login4.stampede2(364)$ find . -name trilinos_block*
./include/deal.II/lac/trilinos_block_sparse_matrix.h
so, the file 'trilinos_block_vector.h' does not exists in this library
collection :(
what should I do?
I wonder who has already installed Aspect on Stampede2?
John Naliboff seems to have done it.
cheers,
Felipe
