[aspect-devel] Cylindrical coordinates

Hi John,
Thanks for the cheers up for the version 2.0.
Aspect already has circular 2D capabilities (plane regime, kin to
infinite in the 3rd dimension).
I guess jumping from there to cylindrical (3D) should not be too hard,
I guess it would take to expand the differential/integral operators that
would solve the continuity, momentum and energy equations. But anyway, this
will take upgrading the weak formulation implementation..
