Hi,
I sent a message with the logs, but apparently the files were too big
and the email is awaiting moderation.
In between, I looked at the errors, and it seems that the main problem
are a couple of functions from LAPACK, used by trilinos, that are
deprecated in the most up-to-date versions of LAPACK (if version >= 3.6)
Internet says to add a flag to the installation of trilinos (to use
deprecated functions).
Here, we decided to switch to an older version of LAPACK, so I am
running the installation with LAPACK 3.5 (and still gcc8). So far, it's
going better, and it is building right now. I'll let you know if I
manage to install deal_ii!
Best,
Marine
