Good morning all:


This is a final reminder for the room reservation deadline for the CIG
Workshop on Scientific Computing, to be held in Austin, Texas. Today is the
last day to get the special rate of 109.00 per night.

To register online:

   1. Go to Capitol Place Hotel website
   2. Click Reservations at the top left corner
   3. Use the form to request your dates, smoking preference, etc.
   4. Click "Need to Book Multiple Group Reservations?" and fill in code CIG
to obtain special rate of $109.00 (plus tax) per night 

If you have trouble using the online system, you can call 1-877-782-9444 or
1-800-684-7241 and let them know you are with the UT-CIG Workshop. Rooms
must be guaranteed at the time of reservation with a major credit card or
first night's payment. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours
prior to arrival in order to avoid charge for the first night (Group
Policy). Reservations can only be canceled by calling the hotel directly and
obtaining a cancellation number.
