[CIG-ALL] Seismology Web Portal release

We are pleased to announce the latest release of the CIG Seismology Web 
Portal. The portal provides on-demand simulations of seismic wave 
propagation. The portal has been updated to use the newly released 
SPECFEM3D GLOBE v4.0.3. In addition, the Mineos 1D code has been 
incorporated. Users can run either seismology code using custom 
parameters and data.

Access the CIG Seismology Web Portal at

https://crust.geodynamics.org/portals/seismo/

(When prompted to accept the site's security certificate, click "Accept 
this certificate permanently" or "Accept this certificate temporarily 
for this session.")

First-time users should click the "register" link and then fill out the 
registration form to create a new account. Returning users can login 
directly.
