[CIG-ALL] Gale 1.6.1

Greetings,

I am pleased to announce the release of Gale 1.6.1, a finite element
code for the long term tectonics community.  This release fixes issues
related to thermal diffusivity and stress boundary conditions.
Everyone is encouraged to upgrade.  The release notes are attached
below.

Gale 1.6.1 has also been installed on the teragrid machine Lonestar.

* This release fixes a serious bug where the thermal diffusivities of
  different materials were being ignored in versions since 1.5.0.

* A bug preventing the use of StandardConditionFunctions in StressBC's
  have been fixed.
