[CIG-ALL] Specfem 3D Globe 5.1.1 Web Portal running on Ranger

Greetings,

I am pleased to announce the availability of the Specfem 3D Globe Web
Portal running on Ranger, the 62,976 core supercomputer at the Texas
Advanced Computing Center.  The portal provides automated, on-demand
3D seismic simulations and returns synthetic seismograms to the user.

It is available at

Release Notes
-------------

* The portal now runs on Ranger.

* The portal now runs Specfem 5.1.1.

* The process for creating a custom Earth model has changed.  There is
  a new version of Chino to assist in that.

* As a consequence of the simultaneous upgrade to Specfem 5.1.1 and
  the move to Ranger, all of the old runs have been cleared from the
  database.  If you need data from these old runs, they are still
  available.  Please contact us for details.  All of the old accounts
  are still valid and your SU balance has been restored.

* The 1D Mineos portal has been discontinued.
