+First, run the accompanying input file with 3 different resolutions
+
+Gale spherical_inclusion.xml --outputPath=64 -pc_type lu -ksp_type preonly
+Gale spherical_inclusion.xml --elementResI=128 --elementResJ=128 --outputPath=128 -pc_type lu -ksp_type preonly
+Gale spherical_inclusion.xml --elementResI=256 --elementResJ=256 --outputPath=256 -pc_type lu -ksp_type preonly

+The last run will require about 800M of memory and take about 30
+minutes on a reasonable machine.  Then run paraview and load in the

+That will give you a plot of the error at the three different
+resolutions.  The blue is high resolution, green is medium, and red is
