+The code reads the seismic output from CitcomS. 
+
+Basic instructions for using it on CIG seismological portal:
+
+0. Untar citcoms_isotropic_no_crust.tgz.
+
+1. Put the CitcomS data (<datafile>.domain, <datafile>.coord_bin.*,
+   <datafile>.seismic.*.<step>) under the directory 
+   citcoms_isotropic_no_crust/shared/.
+
+2. Edit citcoms_isotropic_no_crust/citcoms_parm.h to fill in <datafile> and
+   <step>.
+
+3. Tar the whole directory citcoms_isotropic_no_crust/ and upload the tarfile
+   to the seimo portal as a new 3D Models.
+
+Detailed instruction can be found in Cookbook 10 in CitcomS manual.
