Added option to allow user to read-in southen California model m16 of Tape et al. (2009) by uncommenting three blocks of code in create_regions_mesh.f90 and using a specific Par_file. See instructions in DATA/m16_model/README_m16_model for details. Note that the default synthetics are not for model m16.

+Directions for computing m16 synthetics of Tape et al. (2009,2010) for southern California. At present this is only possible for a 168-core (14 x 12) simulation, since the m16 model is read-in and overwrites a specific mesh covering a specific region.
+
+1. From /SPECFEM3D/DATA/m16_model/,
+ cp Par_file_m16 ../Par_file
+ cp STATIONS_CALIFORNIA_m16_inner ../STATIONS
+
+ The stations file contains 369 stations that are at least 20 km from the edge of the simulation region.
+
+2. From /SPECFEM3D/, uncomment all lines associated with
+ the clause "CHT option for m16 mesh" (there are three blocks)
+
+3. From /SPECFEM3D/, configure, compile, and run.
+
