- fixed a bug in stf_used in the case of single precision
- changed sign convention of a Gaussian plane wave, to conform to that used at LCND in Aix-en-Provence, France
- added UTILS/program_compute_mean_seismograms.f90 to compute the mean value of sigma_xz seismograms for LCND in Aix-en-Provence, France
