    the changes here include: - improved backward/reconstruction of forward wavefield
    
    - performance improvement for regional adjoint simulations, using optimized
      absorbing boundary values file i/o by c-routines
    
    - kernel calculations can run with attenuation on, in which case it
      mimicks effects on phase velocity only
    
    - regional simulations write out STATIONS_FILTERED file
    
    - compute_and_store_strain put as a constant parameter into values_from_mesher.h
      for better compiler optimization
    
    - create_movie_GMT_global.f90 contains an improved flickering fix
    
    - bug fix for no gravity case
