[CIG-CS] Cigma 1.0.0

Greetings,

I am pleased to announce the release of Cigma 1.0, a suite of tools that 
facilitates the comparison of numerical models, and performs error 
analysis, benchmarking, and code verification. The 1.0 release includes 
faster comparisons between two finite element solutions and the ability 
to read Cigma datasets from parallel VTK input files.

There is a PDF user manual that provides installation instructions and

The current goals for the next release are:

   * Incorporate regular benchmark tests into the CIG buildbots
   * Improve performance for simpler grid types, other than unstructured.
