Hi all,

I have prepared a new release for p4est, see the download link on
www.p4est.org. Special thanks to Tobin Isaac for going on S&D wrt. one
new-ghost-layer and one old-balance malfunction, and to Wolfgang for
pointing out a VTK corner case. Most users will not have seen these
manifest themselves, and all other updates don't change anything for
users. Still, updating won't hurt.
