Hi Zixuan Wan,
Thanks for your message. We have never received any report of a bug in
that tool, thus it could be that your mesh is not created properly (you
can maybe check its shape using ParaView to see if there is any problem).
Another option is to decide not to generate the CPML layers in your
initial mesh, and then use the program
add_CPML_layers_to_an_existing_mesh.f90 in utils/CPML. That should work
for sure (if, and only if, the external edges of your mesh are flat,
which is a requirement for CPML).
