I just realized that there is a simple workaround for 1.2.1.  The
problem was that, with negative pressures, the yield stress can be
less than the cohesion..  So the workaround is to just make the
minimumYieldStress equal to the cohesion.

Byerlee should work fine.  DruckerPrager and FaultingMoresiMulhaus
have the same bug as MohrCoulomb, with the same workaround.
