Hello all,
I'm running Gale on a SGI Altix 3700 Bx2 system with 192 x 1.5 GHz
Itanium2 cpus using MPI for parallel job distribution.
As a job (3D model) runs on more than one cpu, I always have this kind
of warning messages:
0: Warning - in FeVariable_InterpolateDerivativesAt: user asking to
interpolate derivatives to coord (300000,0,0), which is in shadow space,
but FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() hasn't been called yet.
4: Warning - in FeVariable_InterpolateDerivativesAt: user asking to
interpolate derivatives to coord (0,0,200000), which is in shadow space,
but FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() hasn't been called yet.
I'm wondering if that ever happen to others.
These are not errors but warnings...
However, could I avoid them playing with the ShadowDepth value
(default=1), or calling FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() somewhere in the
input file, or maybe by loading some more plugin? Thoughts?
Cheers,
Guilly
