[CIG-LONG] SNAC-1.0.0 released today

I am pleased to announce the release of SNAC (StGermaiN Analysis of 
Continua) 1.0.0, an updated Lagrangian explicit finite difference code 
for modeling a finitely deforming elasto-visco-plastic solid in 3D, 
released under the GNU General Public License.
