[CIG-LONG] Output files for Gale

Noah and Walter, thanks for the information, this appears to be
exactly what I was looking for.

I'm curious though it appears that the particles are all uniform in
particles.00000.vtk, but in the 000001.vtk they seem to have aquired
the viscosity properties in the xml file.
