[CIG-LONG] Error running Gale on TACC

Hi,

I am attempting to use Gale on Longstar. I followed the instructions at
http://geodynamics.org/cig/software/csa/instructions/tacc/ , but the
cookbook run of yielding.xml bailed out immediately. The error file
contents were:-

/opt/lsf/bin/mvapich_wrapper: line 213:
/opt/MPI/intel9/mvapich-gen2/0.9.9/bin/mpirun: No such file or directory

I tried stripping out the MPICH_HOME line, but this also caused an error.
My tg login is tg802899 (roaming access via Mike Gurnis). Can anyone
suggest a fix?
