There is a way to do it right now if the mesh does not deform.  You
just take out the energy equation components.  But if you have a free
surface you won't get the right answer.  So I am trying to get the
boundary conditions applied every timestep.  Then you can have a
boundary condition that covers the whole box.  But there are some
annoying problems I am working through.
