[CIG-LONG] Build error for SNAC on Mac OS X

Dear Dave

Some recent updates should resolve this issue, but they are not yet in 
the package for distribution.
You can either check out the code from SVN repository or try the 
following quick fix:

1. remove "-u __dummy" EXPORT_DYNAMIC_LFLAGS in StGermain/Makefile.system
2. remove "-u __dummy" EXPORT_DYNAMIC_LFLAGS in Snac/Makefile.system


Please let me know if it doesn't do the job.
