[CIG-LONG] Forcing time step issue in Gale mercurial version

Hi all,

Using *dt* variable to explicitly specify the time step is working fine with
Gale 1.4.1 however it seems that it is not taken into account in the
development version (mercurial).
I've try to find where I can force Gale to use it, should I modify some
stuff in the AbstractContext files or is it more complicated than this?
