I have fixed the problem. As Laetitia noted, the diffusivity is not
actually used. She also found a plugin that would use material
dependent diffusivity if it worked. I could never get it to work. So
I augmented the component that handles all of this to read in the
diffusivity for each material. If you pull the latest version from
the repository, it should work without any changes to your input file.
I am attaching a picture that shows what I get from your input file
after 10 timesteps.
