[CIG-LONG] Gale 1.6.1

The binary seems to work fine. 
I tested it with 2 cookbook example and one file of mine. The code executes just fine. Thanks for the fix Walter!
I'll try to check out the source and recompile too. I let you know how it goes.

Oh bother.  I think I fixed the problem.  I put up a new dmg at

  http://geodynamics.org/~walter/Gale-Mac10_6-1_6_1.dmg

If you could try that one out and make sure that it works, that would
be great.
