[CIG-LONG] TimeStep

Hi Walter,

I've been having trouble getting dt to change the time step correctly. I set
dt to 1 but I get the following time steps:

TimeStep = 0, Time = 0
TimeStep = 1, Time = .739729
TimeStep = 2, Time = 1.46861
TimeStep = 3, Time = 1.47044
TimeStep = 4, Time = 1.4705
TimeStep = 5, Time = 1.4705
TimeStep = 6, Time = 1.4705
TimeStep = 7, Time = 1.4705
TimeStep = 8, Time = 1.4705
TimeStep = 9, Time = 1.4705

The input file is basically thermal.xml with the sphere removed and the
bottom surface adapted to be a wedge; I've attached it.
