[CIG-LONG] Strain weakening

G'day all,

Quick question: How exactly does strain softening work in Gale? Is it implemented using a power law function similar to other codes?

I am currently assuming that softening occurs over the interval between initial softening strain and final softening strain according to however cohesionaftersoftening etc. are defined.

Is this correct?
