Hi,
In the website where it reads:

"Installation Instructions
Unpack the files.
Run it from the command prompt:
./Gale-2_0_0 input/cookbook/yielding.xml   (Linux or Mac)
Gale-2_0_0.exe input/cookbook/yielding.xml   (Windows)"

the file extensions should be changed to .json.
