[CIG-LONG] Compile error of gale

Hi,

I'm running into the following error while compiling gale from HG:

build/include/StgFEM/Discretisation/Discretisation.h:63:24: fatal error: 
petscpcmg.h: No such file or directory

However, petsc 3.0.0 does not include this file, only newer version like 
3.2 do.  However, I run into configuration problems when I use a newer 
petsc.
