I assume that this is for the asymmetric case?  That would give you
inflow and outflow through that wall, and the wall will move.
However, you will still be have issues with mesh distortion, because
material will pile up on the inflow side and thin out on the outflow
side.  I matched the inflow rate, which minimizes problems due to
thinning.
