[CIG-LONG] paper in press

Just to signal to those interrested that we just got a paper in press
in Gcubed running gale 1.6.1

Most important is the paper contains the description of the multigrid
algorithm and the options,
 which allows running gale in 3D on a decent size computer (8/16 cpu).

when the paper will get published definetly
it will be distributed with input files, multigrid options and
matlab/octave script to compute finite strain in 3D from markers
and output it within paraview.

if you wanna get the supplementary material before it get published, I
can send you a tarball.
