[CIG-LONG] Install Gale 2.0.0 with Mumps on Ubuntu

The files installed are

libopenmpi1.3 (v 1.4.1-2)
openmpi-common (v 1.4.1-2)
openmpi-checkpoint (v 1.4.1-2)
openmpi-bin (v 1.4.1-2)

In the list there is libopenmpi-dev, but it is not installed
