[CIG-LONG] Install Gale 2.0.0 with Mumps on Ubuntu

Hello all,

After checking my installation of Gale in parallel, I found an error when
running gale with mpirun. (8 core in this example)

2: Warning - in _FeVariable_InterpolateValueAt: user asking to interpolate
a value at coord (74906.1,4472.49,4.28417e-316), which is in shadow space,
but FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() hasn't been called yet.
1: Warning - in _FeVariable_InterpolateValueAt: user asking to interpolate
a value at coord (49899.8,4811.29,4.49275e-316), which is in shadow space,
but FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() hasn't been called yet.
6: Warning - in _FeVariable_InterpolateValueAt: user asking to interpolate
a value at coord (174931,5150.09,2.34176e-316), which is in shadow space,
but FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() hasn't been called yet.
5: Warning - in _FeVariable_InterpolateValueAt: user asking to interpolate
a value at coord (149925,4811.29,3.22475e-316), which is in shadow space,
but FeVariable_SyncShadowValues() hasn't been called yet.

WIth or without using mumps the error is still present. This error seems to
have implications for the parallelisation process as you can see in the
attached screenshot.

Do you know what is the origin of this error (it is somehow related to
mpirun) and what can I do to fix it ?
